I am starting this post with a big cheesy grin on my face. This week I have encountered the dreaded star week and I must say I jumped on the scales the beginning of the week and It wasn’t looking to good, I know I know I shouldn’t be weighing at home. I always get bloated and put on 2-4lbs in my star week. And this week wasn’t looking any different.
I continued to stick to plan and up my speed food and water and to say I was surprised by my loss was a understatement! I lost 2.5lbs guys, I am so over the moon. Being on my star week and suffering with PMS it was a huge shock.
So enough about how happy I was. I can now tell you I have lost 10lbs in 4 weeks! O yes.
