It’s that time again guys, it’s weigh in time week 3.
I weighed in on Friday morning this week instead of Saturday because my husband and I were going out for a meal and drinks in London. I wanted to make sure I weighed in and didnt miss a week.
That is 7.5lbs in 3 weeks – I am over the moon. I have really struggled this week as it’s the week before my star week and I suffer with PMS really badly.
I did go out for a meal and drinks with my husband and had chocolate maybe a bit to much but I got back on plan the next day. This is what I love about slimming world, it’s a lifestyle change not a diet.
I still haven’t started my star week and still craving everything junk and chocolate but I really want to continue losing so I will make sure that I eat synfree food and save my syns for chocolate this week.
