Weekly Meal Plan 25.05.2015 | Slimming World


This is my slimming world friendly meal plan for this week. My family meal plan is a little different and is posted here.

Monday – Oven roasted chicken (skin removed), white rice,  Plantain with Vegetables

Tuesday – Salmon with mash and vegetables

Wednesday – Fish cake (6 syns) in a wholemeal roll (used as a healthy extra b) with slimming world homemade chip’s

Thursday –  Jacket potato with cheese, sweetcorn with spring onion with a side salad

Friday – Salmon pasta bake with vegetables

Saturday – Spaghetti bolognese with garlic bread

Sunday – Garlic and herb roast chicken, roast potato, honey roasted parsnips with vegetables (syns for honey)

  1. Oo this diet, for once, actually looks so similar to mine. Not a big meat eater? Me too. Real bad considering I’m so into my fitness and muscles are crying out for protein (just did a post on meatless protein you might like?)
    Also how did you make your salmon pasta bake? :)x
